Albuquerque, N.M.-based Lovelace Medical Group entered into an agreement to acquire Roswell, N.M.-based Sports Medicine Clinic Orthopaedics & Reconstruction, the Roswell Daily Record reports.
What you should know:
1. SCOR is a privately held orthopedic practice.
2. Albuquerque-based Lovelace Regional Hospital and SCOR have had a long-standing affiliation.
3. SCOR will rebrand as SCOR/Lovelace Medical Group.
4. Lovelace Medical Group CEO John Cruickshank, DO, will lead the integration, keeping the SCOR name.
