Nebraska spine, neurosurgery physicians open outreach clinic: 4 notes

Omaha-based West ONE Neurosurgery and Spine Specialists physicians opened an outreach clinic at Cass County Memorial Hospital in Atlantic, Iowa, according to the Atlantic News Telegraph.

 

Four things to know:

1. The practice's neurosurgeons, Keith Lodhia, MD, and Jordan Lacy, MD, have a special interest in minimally invasive spine surgery, cranial surgery and peripheral nerve surgery. They also spend time in research and development, focused on spinal tumors and brain hemorrhages.

2. MD West ONE has a network of advanced orthopedic, spine and neurosurgeons as well as non-surgical specialists focused on musculoskeletal care. The group provides care in Omaha, Southwestern Iowa and Eastern Nebraska.

3. The physicians opened their new clinic earlier this week.

4. Dr. Lodhia earned a spine surgery fellowship at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. Dr. Lacy earned his medical degree at University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine in Omaha.
