Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth plans to open a new clinic in Lynden, Wash., and relocate its existing orthopedic services to the new site, according to the Lynden Tribune.
PeaceHealth expects to open the site in 2021. It will initially house primary care clinicians, with other specialties added according to local demands.
According to PeaceHealth officials, the building will be approximately 20,000-square-feet. PeaceHealth will explore several properties in the Lynden area close to retail services, schools, homes and long-term skilled nursing facilities, with easy access to public transportation and adequate parking space being key considerations.
