Orthopedic surgeon Marc J. Philippon, MD, directed the event, which focuses on sports medicine and hip preservation.
Dr. Philippon is managing partner of The Steadman Clinic as well as co-chairman and co-director of the Steadman Philippon Research Institute's sports medicine fellowship program.
