Ohio hospital opens $60M spine-focused expansion: 3 details

Centerville, Ohio-based Miami Valley Hospital South held a ribbon cutting ceremony for its $60 million expansion project, according to ABC 22 Now.

Here are three details:

1. The expansion project was focused on spine and orthopedics, with the addition of a joint and spine center.

2. Additionally, Miami Valley Hospital South expanded its sports medicine center, operating rooms, pain medicine services and medical offices.

3. "We're pleased to have the opportunity to increase the program's capacity to give more people quick access to this quality care close to home," said Miami Valley Hospital South President Mike Maiberger, according to ABC 22 Now.
