Rothman Orthopaedic Institute, based in Philadelphia, implemented the Allscripts Practice Management solution at its locations in Pennsylvania.

1. Rothman Orthopaedic Institute's team of physicians evaluate more than 80,000 sports injuries per year and perform 10,000-plus surgeries. The practice management software helps manage scheduling, collections, claims and denials.

It allows healthcare organizations to share secure patient information across multiple platforms and streamlines accounts receivable.
3. Rothman Orthopaedic Institute CIO Lancer Seaman hopes the implementation will help the practice improve its financial and operational performance. 4. The practice's physicians are also the team physicians for the Philadelphia Eagles, Flyers, 76ers and several local high school and collegiate teams.
