Healthiest Employers recognized Charlotte, N.C.-based OrthoCarolina as one of the top five Healthiest 100 Employers in America in 2018.
Here are three things to know:
1. The practice was recognized for its Be Well corporate wellness program, which includes annual screenings, health coaching, blood drives and more.
2. Healthiest Employers selects the top 100 organizations using a two-part scoring process to determine rankings. Employers complete a wellness assessment on HealthiestEmployers.com, which is administered on a rolling basis throughout the year in more than 45 cities and metropolitan regions across nearly 40 states.
3. The applicant pool comprises nearly one-third of the total U.S. workforce, including several Fortune 500 companies. This is the third consecutive year OrthoCarolina has ranked in the top 25 healthiest companies nationwide, and the third year they have ranked in the top spot as the healthiest employer in Charlotte.
