Littleton, Colo.-based South Denver Surgery Center installed 7D Surgical's spine navigation system, according to a LinkedIn post by Scott Young, regional vice president at 7D Surgical.
By installing the surgery system, the ambulatory surgery center became the first in the U.S. to adopt machine-vision image guided surgery, according to Jack Rhodes, regional vice president at 7D Surgical.
J. Adair Prall, MD, and David Van Sickle, MD, were the first surgeons to complete a case using the surgery system.
South Denver Surgery Center comprises 12 spine and orthopedic surgeons.
