First Choice Healthcare Solutions, a delivery platform for orthopedic and spine care, welcomed three new board members, Gary Augusta, Thomas Gill, MD, and James Renna, according to Space Coast Daily.
Here are three insights:
1. Mr. Renna is a senior private equity executive with financial and operational management, mergers and acquisitions as well as investor relations experience. He served as the executive vice president and CFO at Steward Health Care System in Dallas.
2. Dr. Gill serves as the orthopedic surgery chairman at Steward Healthcare Network in Needham Heights, Mass. He previously worked as the medical director for the Boston Red Sox and as the head team physician for the New England Patriots.
3. Mr. Augusta has more than 25 years of healthcare experience. He currently sits on Apollo Medical Holdings' board of directors.
