The Orange County Register honored Irvine, Calif.-based Hoag Orthopedic Institute as a 2017 Top Workplace.

1. Hoag Orthopedic Institute is one of the few hospitals to be listed among The Orange County Register's list of honorees.
2. The Orange County Register surveyed 33,759 employees throughout Orange County, Calif., asking about their employer's leadership, organization's ethics and whether they feel appreciated.
3. Jennifer Mitzner, CEO of Hoag Orthopedic Institute, said, "The quality of care at [Hoag Orthopedic Institute] is truly incomparable, and that is directly due to the culture of excellence our staff has developed and perfected over time."
4. Hoag Orthopedic Institute is one of the largest orthopedic providers in the nation and reports the highest number of joint replacements in California.
