Pensacola, Fla.-based West Florida Hospital is constructing a new pediatrics care building, according to WEARTV.com.
Here are five notes:
1. Nemours Children's Specialty Care is relocating its outpatient specialty care clinics to West Florida Hospital.
2. The new facility will house 58 exam rooms and spans 33,000 square feet.
3. The building will offer pediatric orthopedics, diabetes education, cystic fibrosis treatment, a pediatric echocardiogram and fetal lab, as well as an oncology program.
4. Carlton Ulmer, West Florida Healthcare CEO, told WEARTV.com, the "collaboration" is intended to provide pediatric care across the whole panhandle.
5. Nemours will likely be open for business in its new location by June 2018.
