Grand Rapids-based Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan partnered with CODE Technology to develop a patient reported outcomes program.
Here are five insights:
1. The patient reported outcomes program will be used to track, monitor and ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
2. Data collected will be used to improve patient satisfaction, the center's quality and future research.
3. Twenty-five orthopedic surgeons and five physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians will participate in the outcomes program.
4. With the program, patients will have access to complete their patient satisfaction surveys from their homes and mobile devices.
5. Outcome data will be collected from outside the clinic, leading to an improved patient experience and removing the need to hire additional staff.
