Avista Capital Partners acquired Rockville, Md.-based National Spine & Pain Centers.

Here are four notes:

 

1. Avista acquired the practice from Sentinel Capital Partners.

 

2. National Spine & Pain Centers provides administrative services to 69 interventional pain management clinics in seven states.

 

3. The pain management clinics primarily offer spinal, musculoskeletal and neural services.

 

4. National Spine & Pain Centers was founded in 1998.
