Twin Cities Orthopedics is moving forward with plans to construct a 50,000 square foot outpatient clinic in Woodbury, Minn., the Woodbury Bulletin reports. Here is what you need to know.

1. TC Orthopedics will break ground on the new clinic Oct. 18, with an anticipated opening date of Fall 2017.

2. Services that will be offered at the new clinic include: sports medicine, physical therapy and hand therapy. Minnesota Prosthetics and Orthotics will provide prosthetic and orthotic services through the facility.

3. CEO Troy Simonson said the decision to expand was made because of the limitations of the current building on the Woodwinds campus. "At our current site, we have zero ability to grow services," he said.

4. The Woodwinds campus will still be utilized for surgeries and other procedures.

5. The new clinic will feature six physicians and physical therapists.
