Gratitude can go a long way in enhancing the experience of staff at a medical practice as well as patient experience, according to a Physicians Practice report.

Here are six ways to extend gratitude:


1. Focus on the positive.
2. Say it like you mean it.
3. Send handwritten thank-you notes.
4. Compliment people freely.
5. Share more kudos than complaints.
6. Thank people you wouldn't normally thank.
