IMAC Holdings acquires Louisiana orthopedic practice

IMAC Holdings acquired Louisiana Orthopaedic & Sports Rehab Institute in Baton Rouge, according to an Oct. 4 news release.

The transaction was completed Oct. 1 for an undisclosed combination of cash and common stock. Louisiana Orthopaedic & Sports Rehab Institute was founded by Allen Johnston, MD, in 1988. Dr. Johnston will continue to see patients and join IMAC as medical director.
