Illinois hospital with large robotics program hires 4 orthopedic surgeons

Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, Ill., recently expanded services with the addition of four orthopedic surgeons, the Daily Herald reports.

The surgeons include Jovito Angeles, MD, Bruce Dolitsky, MD, Ivan Eck, DO, and Brian Toolan, MD. 

The 129-acre New Lenox campus houses The Midwest Institute for Robotic Surgery, which features three DaVinci surgical robots, a Mako robotic-arm and an ExcelsiusGPS system.

The institute features three orthopedic surgeons and two spine surgeons trained in robotic technology, according to its website.
