4. The orthopedic group began negotiations with Aspen Valley Hospital after several physicians left the practice for other medical facilities.
5. The hospital is not acquiring Aspen Orthopaedic. After the hospital evaluates its staffing needs, Orthopaedic Associates’ staff can reapply for employment at Aspen Valley Hospital.
