HSS forms joint venture with Lumexa Imaging

New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery has entered into a strategic joint venture with Lumexa Imaging, a provider of outpatient imaging services. 

The two organizations plan to expand access to outpatient imaging services across the New York City metro area, according to a June 2 news release from HSS. 

The new partnership is Lumexa’s ninth joint venture. 

“As a leader in musculoskeletal health, we are committed to delivering the highest quality care and diagnostic services for musculoskeletal conditions,” Bryan Kelly, MD, president and CEO of HSS, said in the release. “This collaboration enables us to meet growing demand for comprehensive outpatient imaging services while delivering an exceptional experience for patients and referring providers throughout the region.”
