Concierge practice — 2 percent
Cash-only — 2 percent
Accountable care organization participation — 9 percent
Not in ACO but plan to be in the coming year — 13 percent

Medicare/Medicaid participation:

I plan to stop taking new Medicare/Medicaid patients — 13 percent
I plan to stop taking current Medicare/Medicaid patients — 6 percent
I will continue taking new and current Medicare/Medicaid patients — 52 percent
I have not yet decided — 30 percent
