Four things to know:
1. The 100,000-square-foot facility will be adjacent to the main HSS hospital in New York City.
2. The tower will include three private inpatient floors, multidisciplinary medical teams and on-site imaging. Construction is set to begin this year, according to a March 16 news release.
3. In January 2020, through a partnership with Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, HSS opened its first facility in Florida — a 60,000-square-foot hospital in West Palm Beach.
4. HSS has been ranked No. 1 in orthopedics for 11 consecutive years by U.S. News & World Report.
