The 30-bed unit staffed with therapists and nurses will be dedicated to assisting post-surgical patients as they recover from joint replacements and spinal surgery.
Center Director Laynie Stern, RN, hopes the rehabilitation center will create a seamless transition from hospital to recovery to home.
