Dr. Campbell earned his medical degree from State University of New York-Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y., and completed his residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa. His additional training includes a fellowship in orthopedic foot and ankle surgery at Penn State Milton Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center.
