FOCOS Orthopedic Hospital in Ghana Gets $4k Instrument Donation

gSource, a spine and orthopedic instruments developer, announced that it has donated surgical instruments, valued at $4,380, to the Foundation of Orthopedics and Complex Spine, a non-profit organization, that will be provided to the FOCOS Orthopedic Hospital in Accra, Ghana.

The instruments will be used in orthopedic procedures to help alleviate musculoskeletal problems including complex spine and pediatric orthopedic disorders. FOCOS needs surgical instruments as it hopes to complete more than 175 surgeries in 2013.
