Florida spine, pain doctors buy land for expansion — 3 insights

A group of physicians with Jacksonville (Fla.) Spine & Pain Centers bought 9.68 acres of property for $2.35 million, the Jacksonville Daily Record reports.

1. The physicians purchased the land through their company, Viper Ventures, and then released an initial site plan for the land.

2. They plan to build a three-story, 54,000-square-foot building on the property, with an attached parking lot.

3. A Viper Ventures spokesperson and a representative of the practice did not comment on the transaction to the Jacksonville Daily Record.
