FirstCare Health Plans in Austin, Texas, selected Buffalo, N.Y.-based Palladian Health and Seattle-based MCG Health for the partnership’s spine care management program.

1. Palladian, a provider of integrated spine care programs, and Hearst Health Network’s MCG entered a strategic partnership to offer streamlined operational processes to health plans.

 

2. MCG assists healthcare organizations implement care strategies to improve clinical outcomes.

 

3. Palladian leverages MCG’s Cite CareWebQI via Cite AutoAuth API to perform real-time medical necessity reviews for MCG’s health plan clients.

 

4. FirstCare will utilize MCG’s technology to “route their workflow to Palladian for spine cases,” said Jon Shreve, MCG’s president and CEO.
