Excelsior Orthopaedics purchases New York medical office building for $3.1M

Amherst, N.Y.-based Excelsior Orthopaedics paid $3.1 million for a medical office building in Orchard Park, N.Y., according to The Buffalo News.

Here are three notes:

1. The 16,590-square-foot medical office building was constructed in 2012. The property spans 3.02 acres.

2. Excelsior Orthopaedics purchased the medical office building from gastroenterologist Mark St. Marie, MD.

3. The orthopedic practice provides musculoskeletal care for patients with hand, foot, ankle and sports medicine injuries and conditions.
