2. Throughout his career, Dr. Hayward has performed complex spine surgeries and minimally invasive endovascular surgeries to treat brain aneurysms and other conditions.
3. Dr. Hayward completed an intra-residency senior fellowship in minimally invasive endoscopic brain tumor and skull base surgery at Loyola University in Maywood, Ill.
4. He completed his fellowship at Seattle-based Swedish Neuroscience Institute.
