Ms. Mayer first became associated with the college in 2009 through a medical coding externship which brings externs from Erwin Technical Center, a vocational-technical college, to the Laser Spine Institute in Tampa to work with Mayer’s medical coding team.
As chairwoman, she will assist in curriculum development and offer guidance for the students of Erwin Technical Center.
