Four things to know:
1. Mr. Wain will also be leading Druid Hills, Ga.-based Emory University Hospital and Emory University Hospital at Wesley Woods.
2. He currently serves as COO of the Medical University of South Carolina Health in Charleston.
3. At MUSC he assisted in the development of cost-effective and integrated clinical programs with supervision of the four MUSC hospitals and affiliated ASCs.
4. Mr. Wain will begin his new role on August 19.
