Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health welcomed Tibor Warganich, MD, to Sanford Bemidji Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center. Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Warganich specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery.

 

Holy Redeemer Health System in Meadowbrook, Pa., welcomed Nicholas Phillips, DO, to its orthopedic department. Dr. Phillips specializes in operative fracture management, advanced trauma and endoscopic carpal tunnel.

 

Simon Lee, MD, Johnny Lin, MD, and Kamran Hamid, MD, of Chicago-based Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush will provide free medical care to the homeless at Chicago-area shelters.

 

Christopher M. Burket, MD, joined OrthoAtlanta’s office in Douglasville, Ga. He will be affiliated with Douglasville-based WellStar Douglas Hospital.

 

Franciscan Physician Network Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Crawfordsville, Ind., welcomed Gregory Slabaugh, MD. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
