Dr. Hicks completed his medical education at St. Louis University School of Medicine and finished further training at Kansas University Medical Center and the Institute for Bone and Joint Disorders.
Dr. Bennett earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri Medical School and went on to complete additional training at University of Missouri Medical Center, Rusk Rehabilitation Center and George Washington University Medical Center.
