Four things to know:
1. Dr. Chari stepped into his role Oct. 1, and he succeeded Mike Doyle. Mr. Doyle transitioned into the role of executive chair.
2. Dr. Chari has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare and most recently served as COO of InnovaCare Health. He also worked with HCA Healthcare.
3. In the new role, Dr. Charo will oversee all aspects of OSM’s operations and quality of patient care.
4. Dr. Chari earned his medical degree from the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine in Canada, and he completed his surgical residency at Duke University in Durham, N.C.
