Dr. Reis graduated from medical school at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. He completed an orthopedic residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego, where he also completed a surgical internship.
He completed a subspecialty fellowship in sports medicine at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, where he worked with athletes from Lakers, Kings, Angels, Ducks, Dodgers and USC Trojans.
Dr. Reis recently lectured at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine on advancements in repairing knee cartilage.
