Here are three things to know.
1. Dr. Sekhon is a board-certified neurosurgeon who specializes in spine surgery.
2. Dr. Sekhon received his medical degree from the University of Sydney in Australia. He underwent fellowship training at the Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic and completed a combined orthopedic and neurospine surgical fellowship at Toronto Western Hospital in Ontario, Canada.
3. He is an adjunct associate professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno and Las Vegas. Dr. Sekhon also serves as chair of community development for AO Spine North America.
