James St. Louis, DO, will now accept Medicare for laser spine procedures.

Here are four notes.

1. Dr. St. Louis is the surgical founder of Tampa, Fla.-based Laser Spine Institute and founder of Alabama Bone & Joint Center and Pensacola (Fla.) Bone & Joint Center.

2. In January, he became director of Physician Partners of America – Minimally Invasive Spine Group.

3. He will perform the laser spine surgery procedures at Physician Partners of America’s Ambulatory Surgery Center in Tampa.

4. Dr. St. Louis completed his surgical training at Kennedy Medical Center in Cherry Hill, N.J.
