Dr. George Paletta Gets Green Light to Expand Missouri Practice

George Paletta, MD, an orthopedic surgeon and team physician for the St. Louis Cardinals, has been granted permission from the city to expand his orthopedic practice into Chesterfield Valley, according to a Patch report.

The new building would be next to Dr. Paletta’s current practice and allow patients to stay over night after surgery. The facility will have seven or less beds, and patients can stay for up to 72 hours.
