Academy Orthopedics, which opened its doors in Wayne earlier this year, focuses on reconstruction, trauma and sports medicine, according to a press release shared with Becker’s on July 25.
The practice puts an emphasis on recovery without surgery but performs minimally invasive fracture repairs, Mako robotic joint replacements and arthroscopic surgeries when necessary.
Dr. Rodriguez worked as a chief resident at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson, N.J., and a sports medicine fellow at Case Western Reserve University before joining Academy Orthopedics.
At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
