Dr. Cabalo earned his medical degree at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland. His additional training includes a fellowship at Spine Care Medical Group in Daly City, Calif.
