Here’s what you need to know.
1. DoctorsManagement started as a two person operation. Robert C. Fraim, and his assistant were working out of his garage, helping local physician owners manage their practice.
2. In the mid-1980s, Mr. Fraim met Paul King. Mr. Fraim later ended up selling the business to Mr. King in 1987. Mr. King is now the president and CEO.
3. Mr. King expanded DoctorsManagement through several decades to create a full-service medical practice consulting agency with offices in three states.
4. DoctorsManagement spawned several additional branches of its business and eventually acquired the Frank Cohen Group in 2014.
