Spine surgeon Luke Macyszyn, MD, is seeing patients out of the Encino location, according to a May 24 news release shared with Becker’s. He became a physician partner with DISC in December.

“The San Fernando Valley has a long history as an extremely large and diverse patient population, and we are now able to offer them the services of DISC in a more convenient manner right here in their backyards,” Dr. Macyszyn said in the release.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
