Mr. Deis has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership. He most recently served as president and CEO of Hospital Sisters Health System St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Ill. He earned his master’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
He previously served as the president of KentuckyOne Health’s rural hospitals. He held leadership roles including president, CEO, COO and CIO at UH Parma (Ohio) Medical Center, according to the release.
