Construction of $10M Orthopedic, Spine, Neurosurgery Unit Begins at Holland Hospital

Holland (Mich.) Hospital has begun constructing a $10 million expansion for a new orthopedic, spine and neurosurgery unit, according to a Michigan Live report.

Twenty-four semi-private rooms will move to the new wing and be rebuilt as private rooms. The 23,400-square-foot expansion is designed to meet expected increases in patient volume and demand for private rooms, according to the report.

The project is expected to be completed in early 2013.
