MedProperties Group of Chicago is developing the 56,000-square-foot medical office building. It will span three stories.
The CORE Institute will occupy 20,000 square feet of the building on the first and second floors. A spine center will be available when construction is complete in the third quarter of 2019.
The CORE Institute has physicians who specialize in orthopedic surgery, hand surgery, sports medicine, spine surgery, pain management and physical therapy.
