Commonwealth Pain & Spine opens new office

Louisville, Ky.-based Commonwealth Pain & Spine has expanded, opening a second location in the Louisville area in Shively, Ky., according to an Aug. 16 report from Louisville Business First.

This is Commonwealth’s 17th clinic location across three states. The 6,000-square-foot facility will have 12 exam rooms, two procedure suites and six employees. 

The full-service clinic will offer treatments for pain, including services for post-surgical pain, arthritis, headaches and migraines, and medication management. 

Commonwealth Pain is one of Louisville’s largest private companies, with $37.9 million in 2020 revenue. Its revenue increased 76.6 percent from 2018 to 2020.
