The system held a groundbreaking for the ASC on Sept. 10. The new facility is located near Commonwealth’s existing Elizabethtown office.
This is just one of several projects that Commonwealth has launched in 2024. In August, the system broke ground on an ASC in New Albany, Ind., while in April it announced plans to open one in Evansville, Ind.
The new ASCs are being developed in partnership between Commonwealth and Woodward Development and Construction.
