ChartLogic recently announced Stella, a voice recognition overlay compatible with all electronic health record systems.

Stella includes speed and voice dictation designed for ease of use. Physicians can dictate, type or touch with an iPad to review and create clinical documentation. The solution uses natural language processing to understand medical terminology on mobile devices.
