Central Valley Medical Center to cut ribbon on orthopedic and sports medicine clinic

Nephi, Utah-based Central Valley Medical Center will break ground on an addition to the Nephi Campus Hospital and cut the ribbon on the new orthopedic and sports medicine clinic, the Daily Herald reports.

Here are three things to know.

1. The Nephi Campus Hospital addition will add a 49,392-square-foot, three-story building to the existing hospital. Construction is expected to be complete in 2021.

2. CVMC’s new orthopedic and sports medicine clinic is part of an 8,500 addition to the existing Nephi Campus.

3. The expansion also features a new physical therapy rehabilitation area, a dedicated wound clinic and updated speech and occupational therapy areas.
