Five details:
1. Flagship Healthcare Trust, a healthcare REIT managed by Flagship Healthcare Properties, acquired the 57,375-square-foot medical office building for an undisclosed amount.
2. As the building’s new owner-operator, Flagship will provide property and asset management services and oversee accounting and lease administration.
3. Prisma Health’s orthopedic center occupies the building’s entire second floor. Prisma Health is a Columbia-based entity created through the 2017 merger of Columbia-based Palmetto Health and Greenville (S.C.) Health System.
4. The medical office building also features physical rehabilitation, urgent care and X-ray capabilities.
5. The building is less than a mile from the 74-bed Providence Health Northeast.
