Atlantis Orthopedics, South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine merge

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Atlantis Orthopedics and Port St. Lucie-based South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine have plans to merge with a May launch.

The combined group will be one of the largest orthopedic groups in the state and brings together more than 50 providers, according to an April 23 news release. 

The groups will operate under their existing brands and existing locations.
